500000000 years button

One day, Tonio calls Jaimi and Suneko to show them a mysterious globe synchronized with the Earth. He shows them how touching it can cause earthquakes and open holes in the ground. As both girls look up to the sky, they see Tonio's giant finger. Surprised, they start listening to Tonio's explanation.

Tonio pushes the 500 Million Year button. His life in the isolated space begins. Then one day, after a tremendously long time in this space, a question suddenly hits him. What is the universe anyway? He digs deeper into his philosophical thoughts...

Inside the empty space of the 500000000 Years Button, Tonio remembers a time he went stargazing in the mountains with Dr. Inoue. After asking the Doctor what the universe is, she uses virtual reality to explain.

Using his own tooth to write, Tonio thinks nonstop, everyday. In a space with an abundant amount of time, Tonio eventually develops a theory in the realm of ideas and theories far beyond the wisdom of mankind. And one day, he figures out the truth of this world and achieves enlightenment.

By pushing the button 16 times consecutively, Tonio goes and lives 500 million years in that empty space 16 times. One day, Tonio metets Unko-chan at a toilet. Desperate to meet her father, Unko-chan asks Tonio to help her look for him.

The three buy a condo with the money they made from the button. While Jaimi has no problem with pushing the button, Suneko is reluctant to do so. The three hear about a family trip to Hawaii from Hanako, Suneko's classmate, and they want to go too. Dr. Inoue appears and suggests they go on the trip using her invention, the Big Spray.

As Jaimi still can't believe she's being transferred to the empty space of the 500000000 Years Button, Dr. Inoue brings out a new version where they can check the progress using AI.

Suneko appears before Tonio and Jaimi with a bandage on her head, acting a little differently than usual. When asked about the bandage, she starts talking about something completely different...

Jaimi, Suneko, and Tonio go to the hot springs. There, Suneko introduces them to the Sauna Way, a bathing method she has been hooked on lately.

Jaimi finally figured out a solution to the 500000000 years button! Tonio, Jaimi, and Suneko are confronted by Dr. Inoue, who starts to talk about the ultimate mystery of this world, in reference to the title of Gauguin's painting: Where do we come from? What are we? Where are we going?

When Jaimi asks Dr. Inoue if there is a different version of the 500000000 Years Button, she brings her a version where the 500000000 years can be spent on Earth.

Tonio has been experiencing strange feelings lately. To find out the cause, he consults with Dr. Inoue. She shows them the Remembering Button, which can help them recall the memories inside the 500000000 Years Button space.
