Avatar: The Legend of Aang

The general of the Earth Nation tells Aang to go to the Avatar state to fight the Fire Lord but Aang refuses. Azula escapes with Iroh.

Aang and his friends continue their journey to Omashu. They meet a group of travelers, who lead them through the Cave of Two Lovers. Both groups eventually find themselves trapped and lost.

Omashu has been captured by the Fire Nation. Aang and his friends sneak into the city. They encounter the resistance movement and Aang manages to rescue Bumi, but he allows himself to be recaptured.

While flying, Aang and friends are attracted to a mysterious swamp and get separated. They begin to see unique illusions in the swamp. Meanwhile, Zuko and Iroh are forced to live life as commoners.

Aang and his friends come across a town celebrating Avatar Day. The villagers blame the Avatar for killing their leader. Aang is arrested and pardoned after he defeats the Fire Nation soldiers.

Aang goes in search of an earth bender and learns about the Blind Bandit, who becomes his mentor.

Zuko is betrayed by his father and leaves his home, starting his journey and meeting new people who welcome him, but turn their backs after his identity is revealed.

Aang and his friends are chased by a mysterious machine. Zuko and his uncle arrive to take Azula down together but she injures Iroh after distracting the others and escapes.

Aang finally begins his earthbending training with Toph. Iroh teaches Zuko a technique to redirect lightning he learned from studying both Northern and Southern waterbenders.

Aang and group meet a professor who tells about a hidden Spirit Library in the desert. Sokka discovers the date of the upcoming solar eclipse which will hurt firebenders. They all escape from the library but, ruined by the loss of Appa.

The gang is helpless in the desert without Appa. Pai Sho protect Iroh and Zuko from the Fire Nation. As Aang hears that Appa was muzzled,he enters the Avatar State, almost wiping out the sandbenders, but is calmed down by Katara.

After leaving the desert, the group meets up with Suki, and attempts to lead a couple through the Serpent's Pass. The group finally goes to Ba Sing Se to learn about the gigantic drill.

Aang is determined to go to Ba Sing Se as he expects Appa there. He discovers a Fire Nation drill heading straight for Ba Sing Se,to penetrate the wall. Aang and team destroys the drill from inside.

Aang and friends arrive in Ba Sing Se to meet the Earth King. Katara and Toph disguise themselves to sneak into the palace to meet Earth King. Jet tries to find proof that Zuko is the fire bender.

The episode highlights adventures of the main characters. Toph and Katara have a girls day out while Aang helps a zookeeper build a new zoo. Elsewhere, Sokka tries to impress the ladies and Jim has a crush on Zuko.

Appa is illtreated by the circus owner. He escapes with a small boy. Suki and the Kyoshi Warriors help him recover from his injuries. A Long Feng captures him using a Bison whistle similar to Aang's.

The Avatar gang meets Jet in Ba Sing Se. He helps them to find Appa in Lake Laogai. Jet is manipulated and fights with Aavatar gang. Ultimately they free Appa from the captivity of fire benders.

Aang and his friends warn the Earth King about the secret war waged by the Fire Nation. They chart out the plans for invasion and the wicked Advisor is imprisoned for his betrayal.

The fire nation is going to be invaded on the day of the solar eclipse. Meanwhile, Aang needs to master the Avatar state to protect the world, but his love Katara gets kidnapped. Will Aang be able to reach the Avatar state?

With Long Feng released, Zuko prepares to capture the Avatar. Azula takes control of the Dai Li explaining that they admire her brutal discipline. Aang lets go of Katara to fulfill his destiny.
