Infidelity, a nasty prenuptial agreement, addiction and communication are all issues that relationship therapist Dr. Jenn Mann is prepared to address with her direct, no nonsense approach.

A new couple arrives at the house for therapy. Joe Budden and Kaylin Garcia of Love & Hip Hop just happen to be fan favorites of cast member Carmen Carrera, but is she ready to share her relationship issues with them?

The couples must face the issues they fear are the biggest threats to their relationships and Big Ang reveals that she suspects her husband Neil of hiring a hooker- a problem that only Dr. Jenn can help them resolve.
