After being skunked twice last hunting season, guide Steve is determined to find success with his clients this year. Meanwhile, Jim and his new set of young assistant guides welcome Jim’s co-father-in-law, Chet, before setting off on a sheep hunt. kwhunting kwglobal

Jim and the boys set out to get Chet a monster mountain caribou. We meet Roddy, one of Jim’s elite guides, whose new client comes saddled with a problematic injury. Meanwhile, Steve finally spots a shooter bull to break his dry spell.

Steve’s focus shifts to finding a moose for his client in order to go two-for-two on the trip. At basecamp, Wojo and Cathy learn a plane has been grounded with mechanical issues. In the bush, Roddy and client Brent finally find a shooter bull.

A bear harasses Steve’s camp, making day-to-day life difficult. Jim and the boys pick up their next client, Jim’s long-time friend, Billy Dunbar, before setting out to find a mountain caribou. Roddy and Brent finally track down an elusive bull.

Physically-weary Billy is determined to climb a mountain with Jim to get the prize caribou he came for. Steve welcomes his new client, a cancer patient who is on one last hunt with his son. But Steve receives troubling news of his own from back home.

Wojo and Cathy go into overdrive as the hunting season wraps, getting hunters, guides and meat out of the bush. Steve’s client struggles to find anything after he passes on a mid-sized bull, but their luck turns when Jim decides to stop by with words of encouragement and a couple lucky beers.

With the start of a new hunting season, Jim hunts an elusive old ram that’s lived in the mountain for years. Steve shows us the river that his mentor and best friend’s father died on before heading up to start off his new season. Guide Brian greets his new client and long-time friend Darryl before going out to bow hunt a moose.

After being stuck in camp for days, Jim and Taylar finally get a window to hunt the elusive old ram in the mountains. Brian and Darryl have déjà vu during a close encounter that mirrors an incident from a past hunt. Meanwhile, Steve welcomes back Sara and Shad, hunters he had two seasons ago but failed to get a moose for.

After days of not seeing anything, Brian and Darryl finally get an opportunity at a shooter bull. The pressure is on as Steve is threatened to lose his clients Sara and Shad if he can’t get them their moose. After a failed sheep hunt, Jim and the boys go out to find a caribou.

Steve fails to find Sara and Shad a moose, so Wojo hands his clients over to a new guide. Wojo trains Taylar at basecamp as the season draws to a close.
