Emotionally unstable Lucy delivers the sermon; Martin expresses his romantic intentions to Sandy; Sandy reveals that she has switched majors; a neighbor (Jewel) lulls Savannah to sleep every night.

Kevin advises Martin to get Sandy's attention by cooking for her; Lucy tells Kevin she's out apologizing to members of the congregation for her recent behavior.

Eric pulls Sam and David out of school after being propositioned by their teacher (guest star Rachel Boston).

With Annie out of town visiting family, Eric decides to home school the twins after being hit on by a teacher.

With Annie out of town, Eric looks for three homeless teens hoping that his family will take them in; Sandy finds herself in a romantic triangle with Martin and the guy from school she has been seeing, Daniel (Aaron Staton).

After paramedics are called to the house, Annie realizes Eric has been hiding the truth and she determines to find out what it is; Lucy pays Sandy a surprise visit.

Ruthie panics when she learns that Eric and Annie are flying to Scotland to bring her back to Glenoak; Kevin tells Lucy about her father's fatal heart condition; Kevin discovers Jane is hiding a big secret from the Camdens.

After learning of her father's health prognosis, Ruthie reluctantly agrees to leave Scotland and return home with her parents; Sandy calls off plans to marry Martin after his best friend questions why they are in a rush.

When Ruthie makes an inappropriate comment on the way home from Scotland, airport security takes Eric, Annie and Ruthie in for questioning; Mac visits Sandy to find out whether she is still interested in Simon.

Listening to Ruthie complain, T-Bone breaks down and tells her what he thinks of her condescending attitude; the Rev. Camden takes a new approach, brutal honesty, to counseling members of his church.

Lucy, Ruthie and Kevin think the worst when Eric is late coming home from work; with his family waiting for him, Eric finds himself in heaven, unsure if he is a permanent resident or a visitor.

Ruthie and T-Bone's writing assignment on the genocide in Darfur inspires the Camdens to help make a difference in the world.

Ruthie tells her boyfriend that she is ready to take their relationship to the next level; Martin expresses an interest in dating Jane; Eric and Lucy spend the day fishing.

Ruthie tells T-Bone that he should get his driver's license so that they can have privacy; Lou suggests that Sandy should deliver the next sermon because Eric and Lucy no longer appeal to younger church-members.

Ruthie and reluctant T-Bone get tattoos to prove their love for each other; Eric and Annie panic when the colonel (Peter Graves) and Ruth visit them unexpectedly; Jane receives her divorce papers in the mail.

Eric and Annie realize that Ruthie is hiding something from them when she acts suspiciously; Lucy does not tell her parents about Ruthie's tattoo because she is also hiding one from them.

Ruthie thinks the loss of the diamond in her promise ring means that she and T-Bone should not be together; Eric and Lucy encounter a mysterious black bird and take it as a sign of bad things yet to come.

Lucy considers an offer for a job that would force her to leave Glenoak; Ruthie incorrectly assumes that her parents will pay for her tattoo removal; Margaret offers to do Mac's English assignment.

T-Bone confides in Mac that he is considering breaking up with Ruthie; Lucy and Kevin disagree over whether they should accept the job offer in Crossroads; Margaret discovers that Kyle turned in her writing assignment as his.

Kevin tells Lucy that moving their family to Crossroads might not be a good idea; T-Bone confides to Eric that he has second thoughts about breaking up with Ruthie; Sandy's boyfriend (Nick Zano) surprises her.

Eric and Annie rush to the hospital after he wakes up with a good feeling about his heart condition; Kevin must keep Lucy thinking positively as they await news; T-Bone and Ruthie decide to get back together.

Eric and Annie decide to travel throughout America in their new RV.
