Orphans of nation is the story of Laila, a young Syrian girl forced to find refuge in a camp with her family after their house has been bombed. To get money and save her injured young brother, despite her parents' great displeasure, Laila accepts to marry Aziz, an old 70-year-old man who dies before the marriage is even consumed.
