90 Day Journey: Emily & Sasha

Fulfilling an itch to live abroad, Emily moved to Volgograd, Russia, where she met personal trainer Sasha. Now with a baby on the way, Emily would much prefer to start her life as a new parent with Sasha in her home of Portland, Oregon.

As an expectant mother in a foreign country, Emily's dreams of a perfect labor turn into a nightmare when the birth becomes an emergency situation. Then after spending years abroad, Emily is heading home, and Sasha bids an emotional goodbye to his family.

Emily, Sasha and baby David finally land in Oregon, and while Sasha wants to see all the sights, he is horrified by the junk food. Then, Emily's sister Betsy doubt's Sasha's loyalty, causing him to retaliate and create trouble in the home they share.

After watching her sister Betsy and her husband Sasha constantly squabble, Emily decides they should get married as soon as possible so they can find a home of their own. Then, Emily fears the worst when Sasha falls ill amid the coronavirus pandemic.
