When Larry and Kent pledge the rowdy Delta Tau Chi fraternity, they find Bluto, Otter, Hoov, D-Day, Boon, and the whole fraternity in the crosshairs of the dean and rival Omega House. As Dean Wormer plots to expel them, the Deltas refuse to go quietly-scheming, partying, and stirring up chaos in a final stand for their house.
