David (Cenac) is a struggling writer stuck on the same novel for years. His wife Jennifer (Lee) is a rising literary star fresh off a masterpiece. When her publisher invites them to a retreat in Connecticut, the pair descend into a crazed weekend of envy, temptation, and artistic absurdity.
