Follows five dynamic black women in New York City, including newly single Monet Bell from season one of "Married at First Sight," as they embark on a unique journey.

Tennesha and Errol decide to become exclusive, but Laree isn't ready to tell Karl she loves him. Cynthia finds it hard to venture out on her own after her tumultuous separation, and Monet decides to throw a "freedom" party to celebrate her divorce.

Cynthia goes on her first date in several years, with disastrous results. Jahmil goes out with a cute girl, but the conversation gets uncomfortable. Tennesha tries to let Errol take the lead, while Laree is challenged to break down some of her walls.

Jahmil has a breakdown and reveals that a past heartbreak is holding her back. Monet begins to discover that she gives men too much of a chance. Tennesha reveals to the group that she and Errol were intimate in the bedroom.

On Jahmil's second date with Nneka, Nneka shares that she wants a committed relationship. Jack drops a bomb on Monet in their one on one. Tennesha is ready to introduce the ladies to Errol, but her nervousness leads to her controlling nature coming out.

Cynthia battles with finally ending her marriage, Monet deals with her ticking clock and Tennesha reveals that she is keeping a huge secret from Errol. Jahmil must confront her commitment issues stemming from her difficult childhood.

Damona sends the ladies to learn sensual massage techniques, Jahmil is pressured to make a decision about the future of her relationship with Bentley while Laree drops a bomb on Karl. Meanwhile, Tennesha has been keeping a secret from Errol.

Cynthia reveals a shocking secret that may have led to her divorce. Monet goes on another date with Kyle and gets a surprise in the mail that turns her world upside-down. Meanwhile, Bentley gives Jahmil an ultimatum: commit or lose him forever.

The ladies are stunned when Jahmil finally comes to a decision about Bentley. Jack challenges Tennesha to express her feelings for Errol. Karl enlists the help of the ladies to plan a surprise party for Laree, but is shocked by an unexpected guest.

The women still have issues to resolve before the week is up. Monet realizes she has one final piece of her failed marriage to let go of. Tennesha is feeling the pressure of her parents meeting Errol. Laree is at a crossroads with Karl.
