Host Yvonne Lorkin welcomes us to Hawkes Bay, New Zealand, the second largest wine region in the country. She visits the Alpha Domus Winery, famous for crafting wines that stand the test of time; then the coastline's Clearview Estate to taste some of the country's most expensive wines; next she meets members of the Hawkes Bay Amateur Winemakers & Brewers Club; and closes at the Crossroads Winery.

Host Yvonne Lorkin travels to Cromwell Basin in central Otago to visit the breathtaking Misha's Vineyard; next she learns the history behind the famous Pinot Noir of Greylands Ridge; then she meets Richard Emerson of Emerson's Brewery, a pioneer of the craft brewing industry in New Zealand.

The Awatere Valley sits under the watchful eye of Mount Tapuanuku, where host Yvonne Lorkin learns the story of three sisters who successful run the Blind River Winery; then to the Crossings Winery, where she learns some viticultural secrets, also about a Corporate Home Brew Competition; then to New Zealand's largest private owned vineyard, Yealands Estate.

Host Yvonne Lorkin starts off this episode with the story of Sir George Fistonich and the successful family winery, Villa Maria Estate; then travels to historic Vidal Estate, New Zealand's first winery restaurant, and an incubator for great winemaking talent; then she visits the picturesque Esk Valley Estate, a boutique producer of many sought-after wines.

Host Yvonne Lorkin visits Dr. John Forrest, who guides us along his beloved vineyards, the Forrest Estate on the banks of the Wairau River; she visits the magical old Mout Cider Cidery that dates back to 1947; she celebrates the rebirth of craft brewing at the Renaissance Brewery; then meets the first lady of New Zealand wine, Jane Hunter, of Hunters Winery.

Host Yvonne Lorkin visits Sileni Estate, whose family mission is to give people a complete wine experience; she catches up with New Zealand's original pop princess, Kim Willoughby; offers tips for choosing beverages for social events; meets the brewer at The Filter Room who explains his "off the wood" ale; then meets the godfather of the Gimblett Gravels, Trinity Hills' John Hancock.

Host Yvonne Lorkin meets Antonio Pasquale, who created Kurow Estate, home of Pasquale Wines, in the Waitaki region of Canterbury, New Zealand; she gets lessons in cidering at the Your Shout Brew Shop in Lindwood; then visits with owner Bruce Thomas and viticulturalist Nick Gill of of Greystone Wines and closes at the organic vineyard, Muddy Water Wines.
