A young Rhys is shot dead in the house. Rewind 15 days and we meet four siblings and their families as they arrive at an isolated farmhouse to scatter their mother's ashes.

The family discover that their mother has left their inheritance to uncle Huw. Rhys goes searching for his mother's missing diaries, and Nia and Sara to clean out Owen's room.

Nia’s husband Dev shows up unexpectedly and reveals that he and Nia are in the process of divorcing. Joy goes into labour but Rhys has disappeared and his family fear the worst.
