CHRONOS RULER

There is a legend in this city that says if you make a wish under the clock tower at midnight on the night of a full moon, time will be turned back. Koyuki, who lost her older brother in an accident, meets the brothers named Victor and Kiri on a snowy day in the graveyard. It appears that they have some kind of secret...

A pure white Horologue appears in Celavie, a casino town swirling with greed, its huge size implying that it must have devoured thousands of years worth of time, and Victor and Kiri face the brunt of its immensely powerful attacks until they're saved by Mina, a girl who can control wind. But Kiri isn't pleased to see how intimately she acts with Victor.

Mina leads Victor and Kiri to the headquarters of Chronos, a secret organization founded to battle Horologues. As he searches for information on his own past within the facility, Victor discovers a record of his work within the organization.

Victor ends up in a battle with Aisrehdar, the leader of Chronos that rules over all creation, but the difference in their strength is incomparable. Mina catches up to them and witnesses something unbelievable...

Victor and Aisrehdar battle one-on-one for the possession of UNIQUE, the original Oath of Time. What tricks will the expert gambler attempt to use on the child of a god? Meanwhile, Kiri and Blaze battle using the opposing forces of water and fire.

Having completed Aisrehdar's tests, Victor and Kiri's lives briefly return to relative calm.They attempt to decipher a mysterious coded language in their efforts to find the records of Victor's past work with Chronos.

En route to Couljours on a jet, Victor's party encounters a strange man who bears a deep regret and a ring that commands a Horologue. Can even four Chronos Rulers together defeat such a powerful foe while trapped so high in the air?

The party has arrived in Couljours. Victor feels nostalgic as he observes a town that looks just the way he remembers it, but then he encounters his parents, who were supposed to be dead, and his younger self.

Kiri, Mina, and Blaze head into the forest on the outskirts of town in pursuit of a huge snake-shaped Horologue. Its behavior is not like that of other Horologues, leading Kiri to believe it has something to do with what's happening in Couljours.

As Kiri's group heads deeper into the forest, they come across a wall of time. As they search for the truth behind the reversed flow of time in Couljours, they're attacked by Fujibayashi and Raiko.

Mina and Blaze have engaged in an intense battle with Fujimoto and Raiko. Meanwhile, Kiri rushed to Victor's aid in the nick of time as he was facing his long-standing adversary, Aiks.

Victor resolves to battle Aiks, even if it means losing his mother for a second time. Kiri, Mina, and Blaze arrive join forces with him. But Aiks has many strange powers not yet revealed, and none of the Chronos Rulers have glimpsed his true form.

Time that has passed can never return. But even if everything in the past is lost, there is still hope for the future.
