Deep in the Amazon, two best friends -- Rusty Johnson and Stephan Jablonski -- pursue their dream of building a luxurious jungle lodge. With construction behind schedule they must race to create an unforgettable jungle experience.

Stephan discovers his initial cash investment is gone, and the workers haven't been paid. With construction halted, Stephan must ask his fiancee a tough question as Juan introduces the team to bartering for jungle services.

Construction on the jungle lodge has stalled due to a gasoline strike.

Stephan works to hire a kitchen staff and source food supplies, discovering the highly varied and bizarre produce of the Amazon. Rusty and Juan scour Iquitos, the jungle and everywhere else for lodge furniture.

Before the opening, a water tower and the river tours must be prepared.
