Vincent, a mid-20's man suffering from Tourette's Syndrome, is placed in a care facility by his father, who is running for a local election and doesn't want the burden of caring for his son. Vincent forms an uneasy friendship with two other patients, and together they steal the clinic doctor's car and make a break for the Mediterranean Sea to fulfill the dying wish of Vincent's deceased mother.
