After having killed the drug dealer Mayil Vaaganam, Durai Singam has gone undercover. Bhai and Thangaraj, are two criminals who control the area and is connected with an international gangster and drug lord Danny. How Durai Singam overcomes the criminals, brings down their empire forms the crux of the story.
