When mobsters set up shop in the quiet beach community and try to turn the roller rink into a money-making arcade, the whole town falls under the zombie spell of video games. Refusing to give up, the local skating hero Leo and his friends use the power of roller-skating, friendship and the boogie to thwart the mob's plans and banish evil video games from the town forever.
