Mitch rescues an underwater photographer that claims to have been attacked in an underwater cave, creating a media frenzy. Meanwhile, Shauni gets involved with a family living in the slums.

When the "Creature in the Bay" sinks a fishing trawler, Mitch and Devon suspect there is more behind the mysterious attacks. Captain Thorpe helps them to solve the mystery while Shauni comes to terms with her stern father.

When Eddie slips on some sand and hits his head on the tower ramp, he dreams that he is stranded on an island with Gilligan and Mary Ann.

Mitch helps a former lifeguard, Lane Brody, investigate a corporation suspected of dumping chemicals into the ocean.

Harvey and Mitch go to play poker on an offshore yacht where they are robbed by a masked man that drives an amphibious Jeep. Shauni invites Eddie over for dinner at her parents' house in where her snobbish father strongly disapproves of Eddie.

After visiting a local fortune teller with Shauni, Eddie runs into the married woman he had an affair with as a teenager and learns that she's wanted for the murder of her husband.
