NYPD detective Jake O'Conner is the taking-the-justice-in-his-own-hand type of cop. After taking revenge against the two men that killed his wife and daughter, he moves to a small town in the desert to get away from the big city. As the new Sheriff in town, Jake quickly finds himself entangled in a web of deception and in pursuit of a killer responsible for a spree of murders.
