Set in 1980s Turkey, Memo, a mentally challenged shepherd, lives peacefully with his daughter Ova until he's wrongly accused of murdering a commander's child. Sentenced to death, he's thrown into Cell No. 7. At first rejected, inmates soon see his pure heart and fight for justice. As the world rallies to prove his innocence, Memo and Ova's only wish is a miracle that will reunite them.
