In the treacherous mountains of New Zealand, with Jessie Jo's red stag already checked off the list, Jess Smith has her sights set on tahr. kwhunting

With two tags punched, it's up to Kristy to complete the trifecta in the rugged mountains of New Zealand.

It's the peak of the season and host Kristy Cook is competing for a mule deer on a self- guided hunt through the treacherous terrain of Western Hell's Canyon.

Kristy and Lee protect the herd by eliminating the coyote threat. Then Jess and Jessie Jo join in as they head south of the border to fish in the Sea of Cortez where they are casting their lines for roosterfish, snapper, and yellowtail.

In Utah, the girls serve up an intense game of volleyball before Jessie Jo takes a turn at checking a giant mule deer off of her most wanted list.

Kristy and Hess go on a pack-in elk hunt in Colorado.
