FLCL: Progressive

Shinpachi, the son of a sushi chef, is busy preparing mysterious fish for the local customers. Haruko, disguised as a hostess, visits the restaurant with the mayor, followed by a Medical Mechanica robot who threatens to destroy the planet.

In order to save Shonari from a miserable situation, Dainari works hard to buy a ticket to another planet. However, he sustains injuries from a yakuza fight. Haruko to the rescue -- or so he thought -- but she only makes a chaotic situation worse.

Orinoko's father is a swordsmith, whose skills have rusted with the devastation of the city. In order to help, Orinoko rummages for scrap iron, and she meets Haruko, who's also collecting iron to repair her Vespa -- but what is her motive?
