The new team has to set aside their reservations about working together when discovering that the world's most famous monuments are vandalized. The Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, and the Great Wall of China have provocative artwork covering them, which mocks the host country.

New spies Carrie and Oscar are still trying to earn their stripes with espionage leader Frank London, and the pressure increases as they are are still on trial. Together with the more experienced Rose, they have to work against the clock to stop a mysterious criminal robbing all the country banks. The team thinks it looks like The Mole's work.

Oscar's photograph has been uploaded onto the internet and seen by the wrong eyes - those of the Grand Master, who sends Agent X after Oscar. Frank London calculates that Agent X will be at St Hope's School in four hours. Oscar must escape immediately, never to return. Carrie and Rose persuade Frank to let them find Agent X before he gets to Oscar.

The MI High agents are protecting Dr. Wallis, the inventor of The Mind Machine. Grand Master got wind of the device and wants to use it to turn good people bad. Meanwhile, St Hope's comes under a sudden last-minute school inspection, but Rose immediately becomes suspicious and insists on accompanying the inspector everywhere.

As half-term approaches, Rose is training, and Oscar and Carrie are expectantly awaiting a new mission at HQ. Frank receives a call and suddenly sends them home. Across town, Colt Winchester is broken out of prison by his two cohorts. They are going straight after Frank and his invention. Colt wants to use it to hold the Government to ransom.

Jed Black arrives at St Hope's to get the spies fit. As they endure a day of strenuous exercise, something rather sinister is going on in the school. A strange newcomer arrives in his wurst van and hands out the free, greasy, delicious wursts. The kids and Frank become addicted, and as a result, they are getting fatter and fatter.

The Grand Master is holding a meeting where six of the world's greatest criminal minds will gather to decide who will be the next Grand Master. MI9 released a criminal fashion designer in the hopes of following him to the secret location. MI9 sends them their most advanced gadgets yet. But, en route, they fall into the wrong hands.

Rose has been selected for the National Academy of Brilliance. However, the new opportunity means she has to leave MI High for good. Frank fills the remaining spies in on their latest mission. Genius inventor Dr. Vince's creations surpass any of MI9's. Oscar and Carrie embark on an operation to investigate Dr. Vince's laboratory.

Katrina Houseman arrives at MI High and needs the spies' help. N80 has broken out of his cage, and Katrina thinks the Uzhmanis have stolen him. They plan to create an army of fighting Neanderthals. After a sighting in London, Carrie and Oscar rush to retrieve him, while Rose visits Katrina's lab to investigate further.

Someone is draining Britain's power rapidly, and the country is facing an energy crisis. The only hope is Raymond Stilt and his genius invention, The Glove, a renewable-energy generator that is entirely solar-powered. However, The Glove is not ready and needs testing. The spies have a race on their hands to test before the country plunges into total darkness

MI9 has gotten wind of a plan to break out the Boldovian Three. Frank suspects the international gymnastics competition held at St Hope's is a ruse. MI9 must crack the Boldovian code to find out what the foreign criminals are planning. Carrie puts her friendship with Lena Larsson is to the test, but can she complete her mission and compete in the competition at the same time?

The mission of the day is to capture the Grand Master. MI9 has yet to succeed, but Carrie has a plan. If they can lure the Grand Master's adored pet rabbit, Flopsy, into their clutches, surely his master will follow? They devise an elaborate ruse. Carrie then has another brilliant idea that the Grand Master can't resist, but will everything go as planned?

A SKUL space probe has landed on the moon, and MI9 suspects SKUL is using it to spy on the world. Oscar talks to Patrick Houston to see if he knows anything about SKUL's lunar program. Carrie and Rose investigate and realize that another SKUL rocket is about to be launched.
