In the first episode of season 3, Richard Hammond introduces a brand new challenge called Crash Mountain. This involves the twelve remaining contestants from round one standing on podiums over water while three robotic arms swing around in a circular motion to knock them off.

Twenty contestants take on one of television's largest and most extreme obstacle courses in order to win 10,000 pounds and get to 'The Final'.

Richard's co-host Amanda Byram is course-side in Buenos Aires as 20 foolhardy Brits tackle the purpose-built Argentinian course. There is a 10,000 pound prize for the winner and the additional plaudit of being crowned the Total Wipeout champion. To get there all the winner has to do is master the Sucker Punch, the Big Red Balls, Crash Mountain, Dizzy Dummies and the Wipeout Zone.

In this episode, twenty intrepid contestants - male and female, young and old, fit and not-so-fit - take on four grueling, but wildly funny obstacle courses to win the title of the seventh Wipeout Champion and the grand cash prize.

Throughout this season, contestants have fallen, bounced and swung to win the prize, but only seven of them could achieve it. This is the last episode of the season and the seven previous winners compete to be crowned Champion of Champions. This time they face games like The Qualifier, The Crash Mountain, Dizzy Dummies and The Wipeout Zone.

This is the 'Legends Special' and today all the worst but funniest competitors from the last three series have been invited back to have another go on the TV show. This time they have invited the 'Dodgeball Men' that appear during 'The Qualifier' game and, as you might remember, they throw dodgeballs at contestants while they attempt to cross the pontoons over water.

Richard Hammond presents the annual Total Wipeout trophy-athon where they celebrate the highs, the lows and the biggest splashes from the whole season. The presenter starts with the new 'Best Slip and Trip Award' and will be showing the top five, and the winner for each category. Don't miss this special episode!

However, this time, all of them face 'The Qualifier' and 'The Crash Mountain'. This is the second 'Celebrity Special' of the season. This time, all of them face 'The Qualifier' and 'The Crash Mountain' before the eliminations begin. Celebrities are John Regis, Katharine Merry, Cheryl Baker, Sarah Cawood, Margi Clarke, Nina Toussaint-White, Jeremy Edwards, Rowland Rivron and JK and Joel.
