Story begins with three villains getting a lot of money and new identities from rich man Pedro and Pedro getting killed in return. Later two secret agents - James (Sanjeev Kumar) from Ringania and Ashwinikumar (Shatrughan Sinha) from Indian Intelligence Bureau are shown at the top of their game.
