It’s the Commonwealth Conference in Scotland, but there’s intelligence that suggests a planned assassination attempt on The Queen. Taking his new role very seriously, Hubble soon manages to upset EVERYONE as he haphazardly carries out his security checks. An attractive woman spells trouble as he gives away vital security information - and soon has to go all out to save her Majesty.

It’s the Queen’s birthday, but Hubble soon stumbles into calamity and is forced to take a few days break at a health spa - where he comes across a familiar face and his planned relaxation is suddenly shelved. Hubble returns to duty in time to oversee Her Majesty’s visit to an Oxford Museum, which is far from straightforward.

A routine shopping trip for a Prince turns into a potentially dangerous siege after a misunderstanding between Hubble and a member of the Prince’s protection team. As negotiations get underway Hubble only seems to be able to worsen the situation. Despite this, he plans his own personal rescue mission.

There's been a burglary at the Palace and Hubble is horrified to be shown CCTV footage of himself "helping" the thieves get away. He is sent to investigate and meets Sir Ambrose Hamilton, Surveyor of The Queen's Pictures and is immediately suspicious that it's an inside job.

Hubble adopts a new persona to root out a mole at Number 10, but his performance is perhaps too convincing, as he bewitches a new colleague and upsets his superior’s wife.

The Princess is on her hen do. Hubble is put in charge of security and loses her after an aggressive assault from a gaggle of hen-nighters. Soon there is another mysterious attack with a stone gargoyle. Hubble fears for his life and Yates is employed as his bodyguard. But strange things continue to happen...
