Seenu (Ravi Teja) is an ambitious boy who dreams of becoming a don. Seenu learns his ticket to the underworld lies in Hyderabad and joins hands with Machiraju (Sayaji Shinde), a local don. Seenu is sent on an assignment to Germany to win the heart of Deepti (Shriya Saran), sister of Sayaji's archenemy, Machiraju (Srihari). What follows forms the rest of Don Seenu.
