Suddenly transported to the magical planet of Gor, a mild-mannered New Hampshire college professor learns that he must capture the wondrous Home Stone to return to Earth. Caught in the middle of fierce battles between warring forces on Gor, he himself becomes a warrior in order to wrest the stone from the evil monarch Sam.
