Frozen Sky

Germany, 1967: Deep in the rural farmlands in the freezing winter, a young wife and mother of three, Marie, undertakes an incredible adventure to find a psychiatric diagnosis for Felix, her gifted yet introverted and anti-social six-year-old son.

Felix is diagnosed as autistic and Marie is told her son will never function the way normal people do. When Dr Cromer recommends Felix be sent to a special psychiatric clinic, Marie and her husband feel they have reached a crossroads: if they choose to help Felix, their family will be destroyed. But just as all hope seems lost, an unexpected solution appears…
