Ming Dynasty

Zhu Di overthrows the second Emperor of the Ming dynasty and kills all the officials, including Sun Ruowei's parents. The vice-general Sun Yu saves and raises Sun Ruowei.

After 10 years, Sun Ruowei is assigned to kill going to kill the third Emperor of the Ming dynasty Zhu Di. She meets Zhu Zhanji when she is on the mission.

Zhu Zhanji is curious about Sun Ruowei's real identity. For the safety, Sun Yu wants Sun Ruowei to leave the city, but Zhu Zhanji interrupts.

Zhu Zhanji brings Sun Ruowei to the deepest area of the jail. He starts to ask her identity. She refuses to answer and is locked up by Zhu Zhanji.

Zhu Gaoxu and Zhu Gaosui plan to overthrow the third Emperor of the Ming dynasty Zhu Di. Zhu Di knows about it and is fully prepared to deal with this plot.

Zhu Zhanji introduces Sun Ruowei to Yao Guangxiao. Sun Ruowei knows Yao Guangxiao is the one who convinces Zhu Di to overthrow the second Emperor of the Ming dynasty.

It turns out that Zhu Gaoxu is the one who assigns Sun Ruowei to murder Zhu Di. The person behind this is Zhu Di himself.

Hu Shanxiang celebrates her new job in the palace. Zhu Di comes to kill Jian Wen, but Sun Ruowei interrupts him.

Zhu Zhanji and Xu Bin are fighting in the mountain. An assassin tries to kill Zhu Di, and Sun Ruowei shot an arrow to the murderer.

Hu Shanxiang takes care of Sun Ruowei in the palace, and they find out that they are biological sisters.

Zhu Zhanji and Sun Yu make a fake identity for Sun Ruowei in order for her to stay in the palace.

Sun Yu passes away, and Sun Ruowei promises him to stay in the palace with Zhu Zhanji.

Zhu Gaoxu manages the county, but he doesn't financially manage well. The county is almost broke, and Zhu Di is furious.

Sun Ruowei gets to the palace, and the emperor assigns a private room for her. Hu Shanxiang comes to her and teaches her the rules of the palace.

Hu Shanxiang asks Zhu Gaoxu to recommend her to be the crown prince's concubine. However, Zhu Gaoxu locked her up.

Hu Shanxiang becomes the crown prince's concubine. Xin Mei knows what she does with Zhu Gaoxu. Hu Shanxiang decides to kill her.

The secret of Sun Ruowei's background is out. Zhu Zhanji is worried and asks Sun Ruowei and Xu Bin to think about a strategy to solve.

Zhu Zhanji wants Sun Ruowei to stay put for her own sake. The crown prince and other officers try to convince the emperor not to start a war.
