Terry and Samantha moved to Ireland from the UK three years ago. They are currently living in a cottage in Wexford that they own. Although they love Ireland, they are looking to relocate to Spain for a change of lifestyle. A property in a good location, with a garden, a terrace and maybe a pool would be their dream home. Maggie is helping Moira and Damien to find their dream "Cheap European Home" in France. They love French culture and cuisine. The property must be big enough so that family, including grandchildren can come and spend holidays and it must have a large garden so they can grow veg and fruit and have a poly tunnel.

Maggie is helping to find a property for Aimee who wants to relocate to and work remotely in Portugal. The house must be in a dog friendly location ideally with 2 to 3 bedrooms and near a big town.

Maggie is helping Diarmuid and Gorhild to find their dream property in Spain. They love the idea of buying a cheaper house and doing their own renovations.

Maggie is helping Elaine & Ross to find a holiday home in France. To help pay the mortgage the property must be suitable for renting, be near a village/town and have a reasonably sized kitchen.
