Kalamanch

The Manch introduces the actors in the Kalamanch. Kanika, the teacher, gives all the actors a taste of the lessons in the studio. At the end of the first episode, various relationship dynamics occur and Hiten bullies Jheel and Ragini, leading to a fight between Hiten and Ragini.

During an acting exercise, Hiten and Ragini get into a heated argument. The shy Anant gathers his courage and flirts with Sunaina. Kunal finds out that Kanika is talking to Jiya. Azim comes across a box that revives lost memories of his mother. He dresses up in his mother's outfit, which outrages his father.

Jheel's quarrel with her best friend brings back her past about her father. Sunaina and Hiten captivate everyone with their stories that evoke different emotions. Anant and Sunaina's exercise builds a sensual connection between them and leads to a coffee date.

Kunal and Kanika's relationship is tested by adverse circumstances. Jiya visits Kanika at home to reveal that she has been having an affair with Kunal lately. Kanika takes Sunaina and Ragini on a journey to their feelings in a sense memory acting exercise. Azim tells an emotional story about his best friend in class.

Sunaina and Anant's romance heats up when they are observed kissing in the studio. Anant recalls an incident in the past when he gifted a watch to his ex-wife Sonali, but his gesture was not appreciated. Hiten blackmails Anant by showing him the video of him kissing Sunaina in class. Hiten makes fun of Azim's story about his friend, indirectly implying that Azim is homosexual.

The weakening relationship between Kanika and Kunal brings Kunal closer to Sunaina, which unsettles Anant. Ragini recalls her horrific experiences and tells the ugly truth about society and discrimination based on skin color in her skit. The argument between Kunal and Kanika takes a violent turn when Kunal slaps Kanika.

A sudden change in Hiten's behavior is noticed in the studio. Sunaina starts ignoring Anant. Jheel's skit brings Kunal and Kanika's problems to the surface as they are on the verge of ending their marriage. Anant breaks up with Sunaina. Anant tells Kanika that he cannot be an actor. Kanika motivates Anant and the class, explaining how and what it takes to be a true artist.
