This trip Guy's rolling out for some longtime traditions. First to Nashville, Tennessee then on to Saint Simons Island, Georgia and finally to Wells, Maine for a local favorite from the 50's dishing up New England comfort food.

This trip Guy's crossing the country for all kinds of flavor. First he visits Charlotte, North Carolina then Cincinnati, Ohio and finally Sonoma, California where the tri tip's smoked over wine-soaked wood.

In Lexington, SC, the collard greens are right off the farm; in Lackawanna, NY, scratch made lasagna; in Honolulu, Hawaii, a spin on a fish classic.
