Intermediate Dynamic Hatha Yoga is an energetic sequence designed to assist students in achieving strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Beginning with the same gentle warm up as the Beginner sequence, students then follow energizing Sun Salutations, many standing poses, and a few intermediate balance postures.
