Former student activist-turned-private detective Moses Wine is reminded of his radical college days when his old flame Lila asks him to protect a gubernatorial candidate from mysterious forces trying to get him to drop out of the election. Moses must determine who is behind the plot, but the deeper he gets into the case, the more dangerous it becomes.
