Once again, with Marlin on the chew, a small crew decides to go stealth on a 14-ft inflatable and chase a marlin for a bite the likes of which, nobody will soon forget. Man vs. fish at its finest.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful places that we have ever had the pleasure to fish, a little, secluded island gem in the South Pacific known as, Namotu, Fiji. If the world-class surf and beaches weren't enough, just minutes after heading out on the boat, we were on the bite, catching an array of fish including yellowfin, snapper and trevally.

It is tuna time in Northern Baja in this 3rd-part of our series onboard the Ocean Odyssey with Captain Rick Scott as he gets us on the wide-open tuna bite. Just when we thought it could not get any better, it starts raining yellowfin over the rail as the fine crew can barely keep up with the bite. Things heat up fishing San Clemente Island with a top crew from Shimano. The fish were eating everything we threw at them, hard baits as well as the plastics. For years we've been pitching baits into the boiler rocks and along the kelps at SCI and have had some luck, but nothing like we had on this trip. Legal calicos are plentiful but the big ones pushing 10 pounds are few and far between.
