A team of Geneticists working on an enhanced soldier program for the Govt., discovered one of their own created something in secret, far from the beaten path. As the clock ticks for the soldier to be introduced before government officials.

The Russians had an insider on the Gene Project providing them with the intel they needed to start their own research and in addition to releasing a deadly Virus in the U.S. that they wanted to release in China.

As Summers is being used as a puppet, things begin to turn around as she decides to be in control.
