The trainers meet the families they're going to be working with at Camp Biggest Loser and spend a week walking in their shoes.

The competition gets real very real as contestants face up to a very public weigh-in, in front of friends and families.

At the conclusion of the race to the house it's the Hailwood family who arrive first, winning immunity at the next weigh in. A surprise weigh in sees the trainers facing the scales, and they are shocked at the results of their week living with the contestants.

The Jofre's are victorious in the plane pull challenge, and in the first competitive weigh in Johnee breaks a record for weight loss (17kg), while the Pestells and the Auvales are below the yellow line, and facing elimination.

At the first elimination Terry Pestell is eliminated by the Hailwood family, leading to vows of revenge by his daughters. In a game called "The Gates of Hell" the Auvales win a mysterious prize.

Tenealle Auvale has just won twenty thousand dollars as a prize. But there's a catch...she must give the prize to someone else, who, if they accept will have to leave the competition. Dr Swan makes a house call with some disturbing facts, and a challenge in the mud pit gets tempers raging.

The Jofre's win immunity at the mud challenge with the help of the Pestell sisters. At the weigh in Sam declines the 20,000 dollars and stays in the competition. The Pestell's and Auvales fall below the yellow line and face elimination.

In the elimination room it's Rina Auvale and Ali Pestell that are nominated to be sent home. The Red team all vote for Ali. The White team all vote for Rina. As Rina had the lowest percentage weight loss, she is eliminated.

Tony Jofre reveals his prize for winning temptation. He controls the diets of all the teams for one week. Each trainer brings another trainer to help in "double trouble" training, and the Hailwood's have a major setback when Sylvia is taken to hospital.

The Jofre family win yet another challenge at the conclusion of the "Catch Me If You Can". They give the Hailwoods a 2kg penalty at weigh in (their prize for winning the challenge). Despite forming an alliance, both the blue team and white team fall below the yellow line at weigh in.
