Kirstie and Phil visit Caterham in Surrey to help Ruth and Ken settle their debate over their three-storey town house. Ruth is tired of the kitchen and lounge being on separate floors, but Ken's worked hard transforming their home and wants to stay.

Frank and Wilma are at an impasse over their four-bed family home in Strathaven. Now that their kids are flying the nest, Wilma has her sights set on the West Coast. However, Frank thinks they can still have many more happy years in the house.

We catch up with Carol and Andrew from Harrogate, who we first met in 2016 when they were at loggerheads over their beautiful three-bed semi. Andrew was adamant that they couldn't find a better location for their family, but Carol was ready to list.

Jacqueline and Renee are at loggerheads over their extended six-bed home in Stockport. After a previous renovation didn't solve their issues, Renee is ready to list. But Jacqueline believes that the house can work, if only Kirstie can convince Renee.

We catch up with Paul and Vic in Clifford, who were at odds over their chaotic chalet. Vic longed for a home with a better layout, more bedrooms for their twins and space for the grandparents. But Paul adored their home's charm and potential.
