Lammas Village is an idyllic alternative living Eco Village in the hills of Wales. Over the years the Lammas Eco Village has created a community of its own rooted in environmentally friendly practices, permaculture and growth. Their 200 acre plot is now home to 13 separate homesteads.

A mapping error has left this American city to be controlled by Canada. In order for people who live in the Northwest Angle to travel to the rest of the continental US they've had to cross into Canada and go through customs. For many people this has meant four border crossings a day. The inconvenience has even prompted residents to create a 37 mile long ice road across Lake of the Woods.
