When SpongeBob meets Sandy Cheeks for the first time, she invites him over to her glass enclosed home. SpongeBob finds the bio dome is full of air, something he's never experienced before.

SpongeBob finds Sandy Squirrel's rigorous physical training program too tough and chooses the easy way out by ordering a pair of fake "bulky arms" as seen on TV.

SpongeBob and Sandy's incessant Karate sparring is starting to wreak havoc in the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs orders SpongeBob, under penalty of being fired, to cease all Karate activities.

Sandy and SpongeBob get into a fierce competition doing extreme underwater sports.

A large worm is terrorizing Bikini Bottom and SpongeBob is terrified of it. Sandy thinks SpongeBob is chicken and drags him out into the wilderness to take the worm on. When they finally see the worm, it turns out SpongeBob was right - it's ferocious.

SpongeBob, while sand sledding, breaks his butt! Paranoid for his own safety he becomes a hermit and cloisters himself in his house. Sandy and Patrick do all they can to try and get him to come out, but to no avail.

Sandy's experimental teleportation device malfunctions, melding SpongeBob and Squidward into one body.

The beneficiaries of Sandy's undersea treedome are paying a visit to see what progress she has made with her inventions.

SpongeBob receives an invitation to take part in a competition on mysterious Karate Island for the chance to be crowned "King of Karate."
