The Program: Prison Detox

Southern Arkansas Sheriff Robert Gentry and Jail Admin Chris Wolcott are saving a community devastated by addiction, offering inmates a three-month drug rehab program. If they complete the program, they walk free -- if they mess up, they're off to prison.

It's week one of the intensive drug rehab program at Sevier County Jail. The participants face the harsh reality of this emotionally and physically grueling program. They must confront who they are if they're ever going to become who they want to be.

Bradley and Camron appeal their expulsion from the program. Wolcott gives all the men in the program a say in deciding whether or not to allow Bradley and Camron back in. Racial tensions between roommates Tonya and Tammy boil over.

In week four, the trustees reckon with their traumas and triggers. Jayme shares her story, inspiring others to do the same. Steven's new anger management skills are tested while Camron's progress is derailed after learning his brother has been arrested.

As the program crosses the halfway mark, the trustees begin losing focus, and Lynette reaches a breaking point. The jail staff struggles to get the trustees back on track after contraband is discovered and a romantic relationship comes to light.

In the final weeks of the program, the trustees face tough choices as they finalize their plans for life on the outside. When Bradley's plans fall apart, he puts his sobriety at risk. One trustee is kicked out of the program.

With a blizzard bearing down on De Queen, Gentry and Wolcott change the program's release and graduation plans. The trustees return to their lives on the outside, and their resolve to stay sober is truly tested as they face familiar temptations.
