A Soldats agent approaches Mireille with a mission to stop the Grand Retour: kill either Chloe or her old partner, and eliminate Altena - the zealot behind the ritual. Meanwhile, Kirika is greeted at the manor by another woman from her past.

Priestesses from the Soldats arrive at the manor to praise Altena for orchestrating the Grand Retour. Chloe savors her time with Kirika as they don their ritual garb and practice fighting in the ruins.
