California bragging rights are at stake when Santa Cruz's Scott Long takes on Los Angeles' Trevelen in a grueling 10-day bike building battle. Both customizers gravitate toward the "old school" style and produce masterpieces.

Jason Kangas and Kai Morrison of Sioux Falls, South Dakota are on a mission to de-throne Biker Build-Off champs The Detroit Brothers. The culmination: a 900 mile journey to the Mecca of Motorcycling Sturgis, South Dakota!

This is the first Build-Off featuring a woman builder. Gypsy Charros' retro 1936 Cord faces off against a muscle-bike from the shop of Kansas City legend Kim Suter.

Biker Build Off return builders Dave Perewitz against Paul Yaffe. The two fabricators ride handle bar to handle bar from Des Moines, Iowa 700 miles west to Sturgis, South Dakota where thousands vote for the custom which will take home the BBO trophy.

Sometimes two wheels just aren't enough! Hands-on Texan Craig Whitford is pitted against Canadian engineer Mike Long in an international showdown to determine who can build the better trike.

Jason Hart and Brian Klock face-off in one of the most extreme Biker-Build Off's yet. In only 10 days, Brian will pullout all the stops as he attempts to build the world's fastest bagger. But will that be enough to topple Jason Hart's Indy chopper?

The finale of BBO pits reigning champion, Matt Hotch against two time World Champ, Roger Goldammer. Hotch and Goldammer meet in Canada for the 900 mile ride to the salt flats of Bonneville, Utah in a BBO "first" race against the clock for the trophy.

Gard of L.A. County Choprods is up against Jason of Chop Smiths. Each artist designs a street legal drag bike in two weeks before meeting on Dead Horse Point in Moab, Utah to ride to Las Vegas where they drag rag race for the Biker Build Off trophy.

Trevelen of Super Co. Customs is up against Paul Cox and Keino of the Indian Larry Legacy, and the fabrication is hot. Trevelen pays tribute to the Indian Motorcycles of the 40's and Paul and Keino design an old-school, elegant, Indian Larry style bike.

Biker Build-Off veteran Chica of Chica Custom Cycles competes with Michael Barragan of Evil Spirit Engineering for the title of the baddest in the land. Chica designs a 60's style cruiser while Michael constructs a futuristic ghetto sled.

Brian Fuller of Fuller Hot Rods takes on Greg Westbury of Westbury Handcrafted Motorcycles. Brian constructs a modern tire racer, while Greg builds a hot rod motorcycle on a vintage Schwinn frame. The two artists ride to the Northeast Motorcycle Expo.

Andrew Williams builds a Harley-based, street-legal dragster while James Compton builds a four stacked, Suzuki powered, light weight drag bike dubbed "Crusher II." The two builders meet in Louisiana bayou land to ride to the No Problems Raceway.

Think a chick can't build a bike? Dawn Norakas of Stinger Custom Cycles takes on Scott Webster of Leroy Thompson Choppers. The two artists meet on a bluff overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and ride south to the Easyriders Pomona California Bike show.
