You, Me & Them

FIRST ENCOUNTERS - Lauren's worst fears are realised when her family meets her older boyfriend Ed for the first time. Meanwhile, Ed has to deal with his naked brother, his grandson's latest scam, and ex-wife Lydia determined to spoil the party.

THREE DINNERS - Ed's past catches up with him when he goes to dinner at Lauren's parents. Meanwhile, Debs invites Tim round, in an effort to prove she's a modern mum, and Alan's romantic meal is hampered by Lydia, lies and flung bread rolls.

LUCKY BUDDHA - A lost statue, a twitching eye, and Alan's constant presence all frustrate Ed and Lauren as they learn to cohabit in harmony. Meanwhile, the Mason household is thrown into chaos when the dishwasher breaks, and Emma fears for the health of her beloved Clive.

THE FUNERAL - A bitter widow, a lecherous mourner and Lydia having 'the gift' all threaten to make Ed and Lauren's first funeral together difficult. Debs and Keith attempt to put the spice back into their love life, and Emma worries that she and her beloved grandson are drifting apart.

THE LEGEND OF OLD MCREADY - Clive and Ed look forward to a blissful night at the snooker, unaware that a ghost from Lauren's past threatens to ruin their evening. Meanwhile, Keith and Charlie, desperate to beat their bowling rivals, call on the services of Alan, a.k.a 'The Pinslayer'.

THE TEST - Lauren helps Ellie in her hour of need, but in doing so realises she and Ed have very different plans for their future together. Meanwhile, Keith tries to win back Charlie's respect by challenging Alan to an extreme eating competition, and Lydia shows off her own much younger lover.
