Izumi dumps Ed and Al on Yock Island. Now they must once more survive the savage climate to relearn the lessons they've forgotten.

A strange boy emerges from the Yock Island foliage - and he can perform alchemy without a transmutation circle. Izumi is compelled to take care of the child, but Ed has other plans.

The boys are separated when kidnappers take Al to their hideout, leaving Ed frantic to find his brother. Izumi steps in to help her protege's once more.

Armstrong battles Greed's minions in the sewers in an attempt to save Al, while up above, Ed enters a brutal confrontation with Greed himself.

Lust deals with unexplainable memories of a former life after seeing a man she once assisted during a plague that turned people to stone.

As Winry and the Elrics continue their journey to Ishbal, the homunculi set out to prevent them from reaching their destination.

Mustang is the subject of an investigation, providing a look into the daily affairs of the Flame Alchemist and his loyal - and often ridiculous - staff.

A heated brawl sends Ed and Al stomping off in opposite directions. Back in Central, Sciezka and Winry follow clues left behind by Hughes - and come face to face with the deadly Sloth.

When Marta divulges the real cause of the Ishbalan war, and the dark series of events that led to her transformation into a chimera, Ed and Al must question everything they've believed.

As Al tries to stop Marta's vengeful attack on Kimbley, Scar's past is revealed to Ed. When all is said and done, the seventh Homunculus will be exposed and a friend of the Elrics will die.

Wrath and Sloth confront Ed as he tries to save the people of Liore. In the heart of the city, Scar, Kimbley and Al fight a battle that none of them may survive.

Scar is set to create the Philosopher's Stone using Archer's soldiers as the final ingredients. Underground, Ed desperately fights to the reach the surface in time to stop the massacre.

The Fuhrer declares the Elrics to be fugitives of the state and wants them captured - dead or alive. Mustang's troops must intercept the boys before they fall into the wrong hands.

Al meets with Tucker, and Ed scours Dante's mansion for clues that could lead him to the Homunculi's leader. Meanwhile, the Fuhrer sends Mustang and Armstrong to command his northern campaign.

Ed arrives to rescue Al, whose armor has partially disintegrated. With Sloth, Wrath, and Lust all on the scene - and all with different motives - it's time for a homunculi showdown.

Al is in the hands of the homunculi, and Ed has precious little time to find him. Nearby, Mustang reveals his daring strategy, turning the Fuhrer's attempt to silence him into a push for revolution.
