Emmi is locked in the bathroom with a pregnancy test and Tom isn’t allowed to know, wondering instead if Hanna is expecting again. When Hanna reveals the truth they imagine their future as grandparents.

While tinkering with a toy helicopter, Tom makes the unhappy discovery that he needs reading glasses. Together with friends Dirk and Britta, Hanna and Tom discuss the pros and cons of 20-20 vision, and discover that technology might be able to help.

Hanna and Tom get a visit from Timmy’s mothers Billy and Anna, who reveal that Leon has sold their son cannabis. Things are already tense enough, but the visit threatens to turn sour when Tom gives his opinions on the importance of father figures. Luckily the situation is diffused with a little help from a certain confiscated item...

Conversation at the table is anything but tasteful when Ben and Daphne come for dinner. Ben has just had a colonoscopy, and Tom wants to hear every single detail. Hanna offer insights of her own, but Tom trumps them all with his DIY health check tale.

The family moves into their new loft flat — but something is not quite right. Water damage, missing walls, the wrong flooring... Who’s to blame?
