Walter (Valerio Mastandrea) is an unemployed lethargic guy who lives in Turin, he's enrolled to College but doesn't have any motivation to study. After receiving the call for civil service, Walter ends up in a center frequented by foreigners and, even there, he isn't able to make himself useful or somehow be part of the society.
