Baron Greenback uses a specialized ray to shrink himself and his cronies so they may enter and take control of Colonel K's body. Using the Colonel's voice box, the villainous Toad relieves Danger Mouse and Penfold of their duties.

Baron Greenback vows to blow up every single signpost in every country on Earth unless he is proclaimed Emperor of the World. To prevent him from doing so, Danger Mouse and Penfold set out for the Toad's secret remote island hideout.

Baron Greenback pulls out all the stops to thwart Danger Mouse as The Baron transports secret plans hidden in an American football from Australia to London.

When nine top secret cargo ships each disappear after encountering a mysterious ghost bus, Danger Mouse rushes to investigate, and finds the Ghost Bus Depot on a small island in the Indian Ocean, as well as the mischievous Baron Greenback.

After half of the world's most famous monuments vanish, Danger Mouse and Penfold head for America, where they find the Tower of London in the Old Wild West. It soon becomes apparent that Baron Greenback has invented a special machine.
