Based on the best-selling Children's Choice-winning paperback series entitled "Myth Men: Guardian of the Legend," written by Laura Geringer, illustrated by Peter Boilinger and published by Scholastic, is an action adventure anthology series based on heroes of Greek mythology including Andromeda, Theseus, Atalanta and Hercules. Each week, a mythological champion comes to life and battles incredible creatures as he/she learns the value of ethics such as truth, goodness, courage and perseverance - which are necessary in order to become true heroes. The characters and their adventures illustrate the power and beauty of mythology upon which much of literature, art and music is based.
